En su declaraci\u00f3n la personera detall\u00f3 \u201ctodos los a\u00f1os es el mismo cuento, nos toca hacer paro para que solucionen algo, y siempre nos dicen que el a\u00f1o que viene van a mejorar y en realidad empeoran, estamos cansado de lo mismo, nos llenan de falsas esperanzas, nos roban nuestra ilusi\u00f3n\u201d.Finalmente, Miranda Sarmiento revel\u00f3 \u201cel secretario nos prometi\u00f3 que antes del 21 de abril todo iba a quedar listo y nos qued\u00f3 mal, nos ilusion\u00f3 y no nos cumpli\u00f3.
